delivery. If you choose the preferred Internet download option, you will
need to download an installation file whose size is given below.

Please allow up to five business days if mail delivery of an
installation CD is required.
Before requesting a licence, you must accept that
mathsteacher.com.au
does not guarantee the delivery time of the software and shall not be liable
for any damages caused by late delivery to the user of the
software, nor shall
it be obligated in any way to alter the terms of the relevant licence agreement.
Nonetheless, mathsteacher.com.au will inform
the person requesting the licence by using the email address provided by that person:
- of any expected delay in the delivery of the software.
- if the licence can not be provided and promptly refund any monies paid.

Returns Policy
mathsteacher.com.au
only accepts returned software if the software is defective and
warrants to replace the defective software in accordance with the
terms of the Warranty.
