Write 132 in expanded form.

Solution:

13 squared in expanded form


Example 6

Write all prime numbers between 32 and 52.

Solution:

3 squared and 5 squared

The prime numbers between 9 and 25 are 11, 13, 17, 19 and 23.


Example 7

Calculate 72 + 82.

Solution:

7 squared + 8 squared = 113
